As of May 25, 2018, a new law called the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) will come into force. The law applies in all EU member states and UK and deals with personal data and enhances the rights of the individual in terms of personal integrity. We at Trust Care protect our customers' integrity and want you as a customer to know that you can be completely confident in how we handle your personal information. For example, it may touch the information you provided when ordering products via our order page or by phone.


How do we use the data we collect?
Your information is stored with us in order for us to be able to fulfill our commitments first and provide you with information such as product news, product information, educational opportunities, offers and other related news as a result of your professional role or as an individual.

When do we disclose your personal information?
We will only disclose your personal information to third parties if it is necessary to fulfill our obligations under contract or law. The new law means that you as a customer have several rights. You are entitled to know what personal information we are processing about you and may request a copy.
